Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Genie9, a global SaaS provider focused on cloud and data‑protection, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise its full growth engine. The role combines paid acquisition, app and web monetisation, email campaigns and data‑driven tracking, with a strong emphasis on AI‑augmented execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, App and YouTube to maximise ROI and lower CPA.
• Manage app monetisation through Google AdMob (mediation, revenue optimisation) and web monetisation via Google AdSense.
• Design, execute and analyse end‑to‑end email marketing programmes, generating copy and creative with AI tools.
• Identify and test new traffic sources, SEO opportunities and experimental channels, scaling successful tactics.
• Own the free‑to‑paid conversion funnel, driving growth of the paying user base.
• Build and maintain accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Firebase, and run A/B tests.
• Automate repetitive tasks with AI, freeing time for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with a proven record of scaling paid campaigns profitably.
• Demonstrated ability to convert traffic into paying users and to optimise monetisation streams.
• Comfortable working in an AI‑first environment, quickly learning new tools and techniques.
