Physiotherapist – Full‑time Clinical Role

About the role

MAS Medical & Aesthetic Clinics is seeking a full‑time Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team in Amman. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, design personalized rehabilitation programs, and deliver manual therapy and exercise interventions to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise routines, and self‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic equipment safely, adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of physiotherapy services within the clinic.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent accredited qualification.
• Valid professional license or eligibility to practice in Jordan.
• Experience in outpatient, musculoskeletal, sports, or post‑surgical rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (advantageous).
