Podcast Growth Manager

About the role

MANinaCUBE is a podcast about artificial intelligence, covering business, strategy, innovation, society and the future, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa. It hosts conversations with founders, executives, researchers and industry experts on enterprise AI, agentic AI, responsible AI, AI policy and AI economics. The Podcast Growth Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for growing the podcast's audience, engagement and impact across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, manage podcast distribution channels and optimize episode release schedules to increase listenership and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with the host and production team on content positioning, oversee campaign planning and coordinate cross-promotion with guests, partners and communities.
• Track performance metrics, run experiments on content formats and marketing tactics, and manage social and email outreach.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships and audience development in key markets such as the Middle East and Africa.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in podcast marketing, digital marketing or audience growth for content-driven brands.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-evolving media environment.
• Knowledge of AI, technology or business innovation topics, preferably with exposure to MEA markets.

• Analytical skills and analytics experience to interpret performance data and inform growth decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to craft messaging and collaborate with guests, partners and stakeholders.
• Sales abilities to build sponsorship relationships and support monetization strategies.
• Project management skills to plan campaigns, manage timelines and coordinate multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with podcast platforms, social media channels and analytics tools (e.g. podcast dashboards, web and social analytics).
