Product Manager – Back‑Office Automation

About the role

Equiti is looking for a detail‑oriented Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and delivery of automation solutions for its back‑office trading and CFD brokerage operations. Based in Amman, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision for back‑office automation tools.
• Create, prioritize, and continuously refine a product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the design, development, and rollout of scalable automation solutions that reduce manual errors and support high trading volumes.
• Champion process‑improvement initiatives, standardize configurations, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience managing product lifecycles in a fintech or trading environment.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort leading Agile teams.
