Product Manager – Back‑Office Automation

About the role

Equiti is looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision, development and delivery of automation solutions for its back‑office trading and CFD brokerage operations. Based in Amman, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision for back‑office automation tools.
• Create, prioritize and continuously refine a product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance, operations and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the design, development and rollout of scalable automation solutions that reduce manual errors and handle high trading volumes.
• Champion process‑improvement initiatives, standardize configurations and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
