Product Owner – Digital Onboarding & KYC

About the role

The Product Owner will translate Consumer Banking onboarding and KYC strategy, regulatory requirements and business priorities into actionable user stories, ensuring timely delivery of high‑value digital banking capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end Customer Onboarding and Digital KYC journeys and backlog, aligning with product roadmap, regulatory commitments and business outcomes.
• Act as the primary product representative within Agile delivery teams, providing continuous clarification on requirements, participating in ceremonies and managing dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Architecture, Legal and Country stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and regulatory alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of the product and delivery practices using analytics, customer feedback and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product ownership, digital product management or Agile delivery, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in a SAFe or scaled‑Agile environment and with retail/consumer banking digital journeys.
