Programme Associate – Common Pipeline (Gaza Response)

About the role

The Programme Associate will support IOM’s Gaza response activities under the Common Pipeline, assisting in implementation, monitoring and coordination of project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and monitoring of project activities, including data retrieval, analysis and presentation.
• Monitor budget availability, obtain approvals and update budget information.
• Act as focal point for administrative coordination, liaising with internal units and external partners.
• Draft status reports, correspondence, briefing notes, graphics and statistical tables.
• Organise meetings, workshops and training sessions; respond to information requests.
• Participate in meetings with local authorities, UN agencies, NGOs and donors, and monitor implementing partners for compliance.

Required profile

• School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with three years of experience.
• Experience liaising with governmental authorities, UN agencies and NGOs, and working with migrants, refugees or other vulnerable groups.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) and ability to work in a multicultural humanitarian setting.
