Project Delivery Manager – FinTech Implementation Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of our fintech platform for clients across the GCC. The role combines rigorous delivery discipline with deep techno‑functional knowledge of payments, collections, disbursements, cards, lending and open‑banking modules.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of implementation projects from kickoff through post‑go‑live.
• Develop and maintain project charters, delivery plans, RAID logs and progress reports.
• Lead steering committee engagements, present status, manage escalations and keep senior stakeholders aligned.
• Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies and risks while ensuring compliance with SAMA and GCC regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, client) and define clear ownership and milestones.
• Contribute to the PMO by improving delivery frameworks, reporting standards and implementation playbooks.
• Build deep functional knowledge of company modules and guide configuration decisions.
• Participate in technical integration reviews, identify gaps and prevent delivery blockers.
• Conduct functional workshops to translate business requirements into platform configurations.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner, fostering long‑term client relationships through transparency and delivery excellence.
• Stay current on digital banking trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 6–10 years of project management or delivery experience in consulting, fintech or banking technology within the GCC.
• Proven track record of owning complex core banking, retail banking or card‑management implementations end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated team leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Experience working with SAMA and GCC regulatory and governance frameworks.
