Project Engineer (Site‑Based)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a leading construction company and work directly on a project site. The successful candidate will supervise daily activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure that all work complies with the approved plans, specifications, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily work on the project site, overseeing contractors and technical teams.
• Verify that all execution aligns with drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project schedule, track completion rates, and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and logistical requirements.
• Enforce quality and safety procedures throughout the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Practical experience in project execution, field supervision, and on‑site progress monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong planning, organizational, and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to reside at the project site for the duration of the assignment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (as used in civil construction projects).
