Project Lead

About the role

As a Project Lead at Arabic.AI, you will manage multiple language‑related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to client expectations. You will act as the main communication bridge between operations teams and clients, keeping all parties informed of progress and any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, prepare quotes and invoices, and support financial management including revenue forecasting.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and report status using project management tools.
• Collaborate with language professionals to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet client specifications.
• Maintain project documentation such as plans, reports and communications in SharePoint or Google Drive.
• Identify process improvements, report errors and support the development of project management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, industrial engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in the localisation industry.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional language a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Google Drive for document management.
• Use of project management software for task assignment and tracking.
