Project Manager – Construction (Civil Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end civil engineering projects from concept to handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery of premium infrastructure, hospitality, and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex construction projects while controlling scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and internal teams.
• Provide strategic direction on design coordination, value engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and regulatory approvals.
• Mentor project teams and drive high‑performance delivery across engineering and construction functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering, contracting, and consulting environments.
• Proven track record delivering luxury, landmark, hospitality, or premium infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts, authority approvals, claims, and variations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
