Project Manager Consultant – Workplace Wellbeing Tech

About the role

We are seeking a remote Project Manager Consultant to lead workplace wellbeing technology projects for clients in Jordan or Lebanon. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal development to implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
• Translate client needs into clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, and schedules.
• Coordinate kick‑off meetings and maintain regular communication with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assign tasks across cross‑functional teams, monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and ensure timely submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, institutional, and private‑sector clients.
• Coordinate phased rollouts, training, onboarding, and change‑management activities.
• Support vendor selection, onboarding, and management.
• Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience managing projects across the complete lifecycle.
• Experience preparing and submitting proposals and RFP responses.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.
