Project Manager – IT & Innovation

About the role

Jerusalem Insurance (JICO) is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams within its IT and Innovation Department. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that support the company’s insurance services and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and address issues proactively.
• Control project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication.
• Implement project management best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
