Projects Sales Manager - Solar Energy

About the role

Philadelphia Solar, a solar energy company manufacturing photovoltaic modules and solar mounting structures, is looking for an experienced Projects Sales Manager in Amman, Jordan. The role drives project sales growth, uncovers new business opportunities, manages strategic client relationships and expands the company's presence in the solar and renewable energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet project sales targets and business growth goals.
• Pursue new opportunities in commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants and key clients.
• Manage the full project sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Work with engineering, technical and commercial teams to prepare competitive project proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Take part in tenders, commercial negotiations and business development initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project sales, business development or technical sales.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, EPC projects or related engineering sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
