Property Manager – French/English Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Property Manager to oversee our long‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in French and English, as well as hands‑on experience with residential property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and terminations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
• Work with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure efficient repairs.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a remote environment.
