QA Compliance Specialist

About the role

The QA Compliance Specialist will join the Quality Assurance department and report to the QA Compliance Team Leader. Based on‑site in Amman, the role focuses on product quality reviews, regulatory support, and coordination of compliance activities across the Chanelle Group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain scheduled Product Quality Reviews.
• Generate and update related procedures.
• Support customer and regulatory audits, including CAPA follow‑up.
• Provide technical support for new product introductions and existing products.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality/GMP system.
• Prepare and review SOPs, investigation reports, and risk assessments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of EU pharmaceutical quality regulations.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to build relationships, influence decisions and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
