Recreation Experience Expert - Lead

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert – Lead is the primary point of contact for guests seeking leisure activities on the property. You will ensure a safe, enjoyable environment across pools, beaches, fitness centers, game rooms, and children’s activity zones while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with information on all recreation facilities and promote participation.
• Recruit, register, and schedule guests for activities, ensuring compliance with safety rules.
• Monitor facilities, respond to emergencies according to local procedures, and assist injured guests until medical help arrives.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals, facility bookings, and retail sales.
• Support private functions and group events within recreation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, report accidents, and complete required safety training.
• Deliver courteous service, assist guests with disabilities, and uphold company appearance standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb unassisted (heavier items with assistance).
• Comfort working in varied environments, including narrow, elevated, or slippery spaces.
• Strong observational skills to identify unsafe conditions and act promptly.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
