Reels Content Creator – Full‑Time On‑Site

About the role

We are looking for a creative, performance‑driven Reels Content Creator to join BSM House’s Zarqa office. The role focuses on producing short‑form video content that captures attention, tells a brand story, and drives measurable engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original Reel concepts tailored to each brand’s audience.
• Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions and calls‑to‑action.
• Translate audience personas into relevant short‑form content.
• Identify and adapt trending formats to fit brand objectives.
• Collaborate closely with filming and editing teams.
• Track and analyse performance metrics such as views, watch time, retention, shares, saves and overall engagement.
• Iterate future content based on data‑driven insights.
• Distinguish between organic and paid‑advertising content strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating short‑form video and Reel content with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated results and performance insights from previous work.
• Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
• Creative, analytical and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a creative team.
• Full commitment to work onsite in Zarqa (candidates based locally preferred).
