This structured fellowship provides hands‑on experience in state‑of‑the‑art refractive and anterior segment procedures within a high‑volume, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients undergoing refractive surgery.
• Participate in pre‑operative evaluation, counseling, surgical planning, and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Contribute to clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a busy private center.

Required profile

• Board‑certified ophthalmologist.
• 1–2 years of experience after higher specialization training.
• Strong interest in refractive and anterior segment surgery.
• Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication abilities.
