Regional Staff Counsellor (P4) – Fixed Term Position

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Regional Staff Counsellor (P4) on a fixed‑term basis for its ECAMENA Regional Office in Amman, Jordan. The role supports the office’s mission to promote child rights across a diverse region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance support to the ECAMENA Regional Office.
• Represent UNICEF regionally and engage with political stakeholders.
• Oversee programme knowledge, foresight and digital transformation initiatives.
• Promote people‑centered management, staff wellbeing and psychological safety.
• Assist with financial and risk management, supply and logistics, and emergency preparedness.
• Contribute to communication, advocacy, partnerships and financing efforts.
