About the role

The Affluent Banking Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and driving growth for Capital Bank of Jordan. This role focuses on achieving financial targets while ensuring exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

Achieve annual financial targets set for the affluent segment.
Provide new and existing clients with the full suite of Capital Bank’s products and services, ensuring effective up‑selling and cross‑selling.
Manage client portfolios to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Identify and maximize new business opportunities through proactive client relationship management.
Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to an overall superior client experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
