About the role
The Affluent Banking Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and driving growth for Capital Bank of Jordan. This role focuses on achieving financial targets while ensuring exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual financial targets set for the affluent segment.
- Provide new and existing clients with the full suite of Capital Bank’s products and services, ensuring effective up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Manage client portfolios to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identify and maximize new business opportunities through proactive client relationship management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to an overall superior client experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
