Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

About the role

The Corporate Banking team is seeking experienced relationship managers to develop and grow strategic relationships with key corporate clients. The role involves understanding client businesses, identifying financial needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted banking partner.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and develop customized financial solutions.
• Prepare, review and assess credit and financing proposals in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with covenants and approved terms.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver efficient client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, credit assessment and risk considerations.
• Intermediate level of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in corporate banking, relationship management or credit (5+ years for assistant manager level, 8+ years for senior manager, 15+ years for AVP).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
