Relationship Manager - Jordan Leasing Company

About the role

Bank of Jordan is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Jordan Leasing Company, based on site in Amman. The role sells and markets the company's leasing products, attracts and serves clients, and works to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, understand their needs for leasing finance products and deliver excellent service.
• Promote services internally and externally through direct and cross-selling and field visits to potential clients.
• Analyze leasing finance applications financially and credit-wise to support credit decisions.
• Follow up on incomplete transaction documents so they are completed according to approved procedures.
• Obtain lessees' signatures on leasing contracts and complete terms and guarantees before forwarding them for execution.
• Handle client inquiries by phone and in person, resolve transaction issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Visit lessees periodically to check that leased assets are used for their intended purpose.

Required profile

• University degree in banking, administrative sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial and credit analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of the company's services and products.
