About the role
The Relationship Manager – SMEs will be responsible for developing and profitably managing banking relationships with small and medium‑enterprise clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored business banking solutions while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage existing SME client relationships and acquire new SME customers.
- Maximize up‑selling and cross‑selling of Capital Bank’s products and services.
- Conduct field visits to understand client operations and needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client relationship management.
- Review credit requests, ensure adherence to credit policies, and propose appropriate risk‑return propositions.
- Perform credit analysis and prepare credit reports for approval.
- Receive and resolve client complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
