Relationship Officer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join its sales team. You will provide exceptional support to clients in the online trading and investing space, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Complete KYC documentation, follow up on missing items, and coordinate with back‑office and compliance.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, keep up with format updates, and minimize draft leads by completing documents.
• Conduct product demos, handle objections, and prepare reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive presentations.
• Support client onboarding, conduct confirmation calls, and follow up on unfunded accounts.
• Educate clients about CFI’s products, services, and special offers while collaborating with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professional, empathetic demeanor when handling customer complaints.
• Fluency in English.
