About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Staff Lawyer / Legal Assistant to support our pre‑litigation department. The position requires fluency in both English and Arabic and offers varied day‑to‑day tasks that provide ample learning and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Set up claims, verify coverage and policy limits.
Draft letters of representation and welcome letters for clients.
Relabel file documents, maintain clean client records, and order police reports.
Request medical payments, order medical records and bills, and send medical referrals.
Generate disbursement sheets and prepare open records and non‑spoliation requests using templates.
Handle case load under attorney supervision, including client communication and disengagement letters.

Required profile

Law graduate or current law student.
Minimum three years of experience, preferably in U.S. personal injury law.
Bilingual in English and Arabic (additional language a plus).
Experience working with U.S. legal firms is preferred.
Reliable PC or laptop with wired internet connection and a noise‑cancelling headset.
