Reporting Officer – Grants Management

About the role

The Reporting Officer will ensure timely, high‑quality reporting for institutional funding projects, supporting compliance with donor requirements and facilitating effective communication across project teams, shared services, and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage reporting schedules for interim, monthly, and final reports.
• Prepare reporting templates and coordinate contributions from operations, finance, logistics, technical, security, HR, MEAL, and headquarters.
• Ensure narrative and financial reports are consistent, complete, and meet donor specifications.
• Conduct quality control and compliance checks on all report components.
• Maintain up‑to‑date grant information and donor relations records.
• Support staff capacity building on reporting procedures and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Experience in managing project reporting and donor compliance within an NGO or humanitarian context.
• Strong coordination skills to work with multiple departments and external partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of narrative and financial data.
• Familiarity with institutional funding frameworks and grant management processes.
