Restaurant Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the Lombard restaurant at Grand Hyatt Amman. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and driving the business towards its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Create an engaging environment for guests and staff, delivering innovative and memorable experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to maintain a creative menu based on guest preferences.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
