About the role

Qureos is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to lead commercial growth in the fast‑moving EdTech space. You will shape sales strategy, manage a high‑performing team, and build lasting relationships with corporate partners and educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, schools and other organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align services with market demand.
  • Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or senior sales role, preferably in EdTech, HR Tech or recruitment.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
  • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for empowering young professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Experience using sales analytics tools.
