Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Amman, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and nurturing existing client relationships while collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and deliver product/service presentations.
• Provide post‑sale support in coordination with internal teams.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and give feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid sales and sales‑management abilities with a focus on revenue targets.
• Training experience to educate clients and team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing, agency environments or technology solutions sales (advantage).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting with strong organizational and time‑management skills.

• Experience using presentation software.
• Basic analytics platform knowledge.
