Sales & Marketing Engineer

About the role

The Sales Marketing Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site position in Amman, acting as the most visible representative of the company in the Jordanian market. The role blends technical product knowledge with public communication, media representation and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the official spokesperson and media representative, appearing in interviews, events, digital videos and presentations.
• Lead social‑media and digital marketing activities, creating content, videos and campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Study the Jordanian market, identify opportunities and recommend practical marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with building‑materials professionals, consultants, engineering offices and contractors.
• Support sales through technical presentations, site visits and customer meetings, and collaborate with sales, technical and management teams.

Required profile

• Engineer with a strong, charismatic professional presence and ability to earn trust quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic, comfortable speaking in front of audiences and on camera.
• Humility, respect, emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fast‑learning mindset, able to understand technical products and market requirements quickly.
• Calm, diplomatic and professional in sensitive situations, with strong networking, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
