About the role

Univeera is a university admissions platform serving high‑school students across the Middle East. We are seeking a highly responsive and confident Appointment Setter to turn incoming leads into qualified, attended consultation calls with our admissions team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 1–5 minutes of sign‑up, introduce Univeera and identify the decision‑maker.
• Schedule qualified leads into available consultation slots and confirm appointments via phone, WhatsApp, email or CRM.
• Follow up persistently with unresponsive leads using a structured call and WhatsApp process until they book, decline, or become inactive.
• Send reminders before consultations, confirm attendance on the day, and re‑engage no‑shows to reschedule.
• Qualify leads by gathering basic information (grade, school, curriculum, preferred country, intended major, scholarship needs, etc.) and route detailed admissions questions to the appropriate advisor.
• Maintain accurate lead records, notes and stages in the CRM throughout the process.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and a confident, responsive phone presence.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight time constraints.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and appointment schedules.
