About the role

Taj HR Consultancy is seeking a motivated Sales Development Specialist to drive growth of its recruitment and HR outsourcing services. This fully remote position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and HR outsourcing services.
• Identify and engage potential clients across various industries through LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking.
• Schedule meetings with decision‑makers and present Taj HR’s service portfolio.
• Understand client hiring and HR operational needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in lead generation and outbound sales.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
