Sales Manager – EdTech Telesales Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our EdTech telesales team. You will coach and manage a group of consultants who are fully responsible for closing deals, upselling, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a sales team with a focus on closing deals and revenue generation.
• Develop and execute high‑impact telesales strategies to improve conversion rates and average deal value.
• Provide continuous coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback to enhance closing skills and objection handling.
• Analyze sales data and CRM reports to identify gaps, optimize scripts, and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve lead quality and sales readiness.
• Build and sustain a high‑performance, target‑driven call‑center culture.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
• Proven track record managing agents responsible for closing deals.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
