Sales Manager – EdTech Telesales Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our EdTech telesales team. The role focuses on driving revenue through one‑to‑one English classes for children, managing consultants who close deals and upsell services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Design and implement telesales strategies that improve conversion rates and average deal size.
• Monitor calls, provide real‑time feedback and conduct performance reviews to enhance closing techniques.
• Analyse CRM data and sales reports to identify gaps and optimise scripts.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve lead quality and sales readiness.
• Foster a results‑oriented, accountable call‑center culture.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader position.
• Proven track record of managing agents responsible for closing deals.
• Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
