Sales Program Advisor

About the role

The Sales Program Advisor will be the primary point of contact for students and corporate clients, promoting and selling Morgan International's training courses across multiple industries. The role focuses on revenue generation, lead conversion, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the training delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, sell and follow up on public sales targets and corporate accounts.
• Generate leads through cold calling and transform them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, update records and systems accurately.
• Assess corporate training needs, conduct meetings with decision makers, deliver presentations and close sales.
• Manage training delivery to ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Produce regular sales forecasts and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Register candidates, issue invoices, follow up on collections and provide advisory support.
• Provide feedback to marketing for lead generation and market share growth.
• Conduct competitive analysis and collect testimonials for marketing intelligence.

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work towards and meet sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a solid team.
• Customer‑oriented with attention to detail.
