Sales Representative – Food Ingredients (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join BanoPuratos in Amman, Jordan. You will promote our premium range of bakery, pastry and chocolate ingredients, building strong relationships with existing clients and acquiring new customers across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned territory, schedule appointments and generate new business across all product categories.
• Prepare and submit sales applications, collect required legal documents and process orders according to price lists.
• Execute sales initiatives such as product launches and promotional campaigns to increase market share.
• Monitor customer inventory levels, prepare replenishment orders and ensure timely collection of invoices and payments.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity and provide feedback to maintain company standards.
• Follow up on account statements to secure credit notes and financial adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food‑ingredients or bakery sector.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
