Salesforce Consultant – Airline Domain (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our airline‑focused projects. You will design, configure and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions that support airline operations and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and Amadeus Altea.
• Maintain airline‑specific data models within Salesforce.
• Participate in solution design workshops, stakeholder meetings and UAT.
• Support system testing, deployment and post‑go‑live activities.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for security, performance and usability.
• Provide end‑user support and knowledge transfer as needed.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Previous work in the airline or aviation industry.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in client‑facing environments and Agile project settings.
