SDR Coordinator

About the role

Tarjama& / Arabic.AI is looking for an SDR Coordinator to support its commercial team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, identifying their basic needs and scheduling meetings, while also researching target companies, running outreach campaigns and keeping lead data accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients aligned with the company's services and target markets.
• Carry out basic outreach by email, LinkedIn or phone under the guidance of senior SDRs and business developers.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or discovery calls with qualified leads.
• Maintain lead records accurately in the CRM, tracking outreach activity, status updates and meeting outcomes.
• Research target industries, client profiles and use cases, and help build outreach lists and tailored messaging.
• Share client feedback, objections and common questions with the commercial team to refine communication.
• Meet weekly activity targets (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked) and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, sales operations or another client-facing role.
• Experience in sales or client interaction in the technology or language services sector.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
