Security Agent for Hotel Operations

About the role
The Security Agent ensures the safety of guests, colleagues and property within the hotel premises, including the car park. You will patrol designated areas, respond to emergencies, and maintain a secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol assigned zones and remain alert for fire hazards, unsafe practices, and unusual occurrences.
- Act according to Emergency Response Plans and report incidents promptly.
- Maintain good public relations with guests and provide timely assistance.
- Report for duty 15 minutes before shift, attend daily briefings and de‑briefings.
- Prepare detailed incident, accident and end‑of‑shift reports.
- Coordinate with the Director or Assistant Director of Security for shift handovers.
Required profile
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
- Attention to detail, self‑motivation and flexibility to adapt to changes.
