Security Agent – Hotel Security

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Security Agent to protect guests, colleagues and property at our hotel. You will patrol designated areas, monitor the car park, and act swiftly in emergencies while maintaining a courteous and professional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned zones, including the car park, and remain vigilant for fire hazards, unsafe practices, and unusual occurrences.
• Respond to emergencies according to established response plans and ensure guest safety.
• Maintain public relations with guests, report incidents, and complete all required paperwork after each shift.
• Attend daily briefings, de‑briefings, and arrive at least 15 minutes before shift start.
• Coordinate with the Director or Assistant Director of Security for shift handovers.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
• Professional appearance, self‑motivation, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
