Senior Account Manager

About the role

Mass Marcom is a boutique marketing and strategic communications agency working with brands across the Middle East and beyond. It is looking for a Senior Account Manager in Amman, Jordan, who will manage key client accounts, build lasting relationships and oversee the delivery of marketing and creative projects through close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Translate client objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, content and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables and client expectations.
• Present campaign proposals, performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and look for optimization opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Support junior team members when needed.

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing several client accounts, projects and campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Digital marketing, branding, social media and creative production knowledge.
• Client relationship management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Project management and organization, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and communicate insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
