Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. You will own the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process, drive collection initiatives, manage financing activities and support continuous improvement across financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and customer balances.
• Monitor AR aging, identify risks and ensure timely invoicing.
• Conduct proactive follow‑ups with customers via phone and email on outstanding invoices.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments promptly.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
• Implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Manage third‑party financing from application through funding.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Service teams to streamline processes and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on AR performance, collections and financing.
• Support other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Finance Operations.
• Previous experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
