About the role
IMPACT Initiatives, a humanitarian NGO based in Geneva, is seeking a Senior Assessment Officer (Public Health) to support its team in Amman. The position focuses on the humanitarian situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, especially the Gaza Strip, and will contribute to data‑driven health interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct public health assessments in the occupied Palestinian territories.
- Collaborate with IMPACT’s specialists in data collection, management, analysis, GIS and remote sensing.
- Support the preparation of reports and recommendations for humanitarian health programmes.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with experience in public health assessment.
- Familiarity with humanitarian contexts and emergency health needs.
- Ability to work on a short‑term, fixed‑term contract.
