Senior Associate, AI Innovation & Venture

About the role

The Senior Associate will join PwC Middle East's AI Strategy & Technology team, supporting the AI Innovation & Venture practice. You will help capture, assess, and develop new AI‑related ideas and startup collaborations, contributing to the firm’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support idea intake by documenting new AI and technology concepts and preparing Gate 1 assessment materials.
• Assist in drafting business case sections and recording Go/No‑Go decisions with clear feedback.
• Maintain pipeline dashboards, trackers, and templates for idea intake and governance.
• Research regional AI startups, screen candidates, prepare profiles, and coordinate related events.
• Track startup engagement progress and support incubator activities.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, technology, AI, venture, or startup ecosystems.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of AI, digital transformation, and technology products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a disciplined approach to process and follow‑up.
