Senior Audit & Assurance – Accounting & Reporting Advisory

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior professional to join its Audit & Assurance – Accounting and Reporting Advisory (ARA) team in Amman. You will work closely with clients on complex accounting, reporting and operational matters, delivering high‑quality advisory services while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client proposals and oversee day‑to‑day engagement activities.
• Conduct in‑depth research on IFRS‑related issues, abnormal transactions, acquisitions and financial statement reviews.
• Perform IFRS impact assessments and develop robust solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to design, implement and test internal controls.
• Support planning and execution of accounting advisory projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with client staff and internal colleagues.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Experience delivering high‑quality client service in a professional services environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
