Senior BIM MEP Modeler

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior BIM MEP Modeler to join our Digital Engineering team, supporting telecom infrastructure, IBS and smart infrastructure projects. The role involves developing, coordinating and maintaining BIM models for mechanical, electrical, ICT, ELV, fire protection and telecom systems in line with DGCL BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP, ICT, ELV, fire protection and telecom systems using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Produce coordinated construction drawings, shop drawings, sections, schedules and BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, civil, telecom and infrastructure disciplines.
• Perform clash detection, model validation and constructability reviews using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Prepare coordinated IFC models and support digital delivery requirements.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, LOIN and quality control procedures.
• Support quantity take‑offs, equipment schedules and model‑based documentation.
• Update models based on design changes, coordination comments and project requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM MEP modeling experience.
• Experience in telecom infrastructure, IBS facilities, ICT, ELV, fire protection or utility systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia mega‑projects or DGCL/DGDA projects is a plus.
