Senior Business Analyst – Hybrid, Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Solutions delivery teams. The role involves full‑cycle business analysis on complex software projects for enterprise and government clients across the GCC region, working in multi‑disciplinary, matrix‑managed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities: scope definition, requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and site visits.
• Produce high‑quality artefacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories with acceptance criteria, gap analyses, BPMN process flows, wireframes, integration mapping documents and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, data engineers and quality teams to ensure technical feasibility and clear understanding of requirements.
• Provide effort estimations, work breakdown structures and story points, and participate in agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement).
• Support implementation, attend or lead demos and user‑acceptance testing sessions, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, communicating effectively in both English and Standard Arabic.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of business analysis experience on large‑scale software projects, preferably in the public or enterprise sector.
• Proven ability to work in matrix environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Fluent in English and Standard Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Experience delivering projects using both waterfall/hybrid and agile methodologies.
