Senior Business Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced startup environment. You will partner with multiple departments to streamline processes, automate workflows, and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise day‑to‑day business operations across all departments.
• Analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Develop, document and maintain SOPs, workflows and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and Customer Success to boost efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs, create dashboards and produce performance reports.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
• Assist in business planning, resource allocation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and continuously raise operational standards.
• Support leadership with strategic projects and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Excellence or Project Management, preferably in a startup or technology company.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
